Current Open Positions

Counselor

The Institute is expanding its services, and we look for counselors who are driven by a desire to see people get well, rebuild their lives, find wellness, and rediscover joy. Our counselors will provide mostly individual therapy as part of a holistic treatment team. (The staff to client ratio is 1:7). Your desire to constantly improve your clinical skills, and learn new ways to strengthen outcomes, will be part of who you are.

Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in counseling, psychology or social work. Experience in drug and alcohol treatment is an asset. Agreement with a holistic approach that goes beyond the traditional models of counseling is essential as well as being comfortable in a faith-based program.

The positions are full-time, no travel is required, and offer a competitive salary with benefits.

Director of Nursing, RN

Must have current PA Registered Nurse License. Drug and Alcohol experience required. This position will manage all medical aspects of a D&A rehab.

  • Maintenance (cutting grass, yard clean up, road and path maintenance etc)
  • Drivers (transporting residents to and from appointments.)
