Summary:

Participants will gain an understanding on the difference between “big T and little t trauma.” We will discuss the overuse and underuse of the word trauma diagnostically and in real life. Finally, we will look at the fact that trauma can be reversed and processed through, and that it lives in the body – not the mind/cognition.
